How Damini Estate collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Damini Real Estate L.L.C ("Damini Estate", "we", "us") operates the website daminiestate.ae. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data transparently and in line with applicable UAE data protection law.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and the contents of any enquiry, chat message or newsletter sign-up you send us.
  • Technical information: your IP address, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and referring page, used to operate, secure and measure the site.
  • Marketing attribution: where marketing is allowed (see Cookies & tracking), the campaign parameters (e.g. UTM tags) and ad click identifiers attached to your visit, which we save with any enquiry you send.
  • Usage data: the pages you view, how you scroll and click, time on page, and recordings of your session, as described under Cookies & tracking.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide our real estate services.
  • To send you information you requested, such as our newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website.
  • To understand which pages, campaigns and ads bring enquiries, and to improve our marketing.
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a RERA-licensed brokerage.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, for example our CRM and live chat (GoHighLevel), website analytics (Yandex Metrica and our website developer), email delivery, and hosting and anti-spam protection (Cloudflare), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. These providers are bound to protect your data. Some of them process data outside the UAE, including in Russia and the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar browser storage in three groups:

  • Essential: remembering settings such as your language and your cookie choice. Always on.
  • Analytics: Yandex Metrica records page views, clicks, scrolling and recordings of your session, and sets identifiers for your browser. Text you type into our enquiry, valuation and newsletter forms is masked in the recordings. Yandex keeps session recordings for 15 days.
  • Marketing and live chat: our CRM records the pages you visit, the forms you submit and the campaign that brought you here, including through the live chat widget, which also runs an anti-spam check by Cloudflare. A script run by our website developer records the pages you view, how far you scroll, how long you stay, the links you click to leave the site, call or email us, and the campaign and ad that brought you here (remembered in your browser for up to 365 days). It also creates an identifier from characteristics of your browser and device, and when you send us an enquiry and it is received, it records the email address you gave, so your visit can be linked to that enquiry. It does not record an address you type into a form and do not send.

Your choice. If you appear to be in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or one of a few neighbouring European territories (judged by your IP address or your device's time zone), or we cannot tell where you are, analytics and marketing only run after you accept them in our cookie banner. Everywhere else they run by default. Wherever you are, you can switch either group off at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals, so please use Cookie settings instead.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent or switch off analytics and marketing at any time under Cookie settings. To exercise any of these rights, email info@daminiestate.ae.
